For the woman who...
-
feels like she's been holding it all together for too long
-
wants connection without the performance
-
is curious about herself and how she wants to live
-
wants space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what matters
-
values real conversations without needing to have everything figured out
-
wants practical ideas she can actually take into everyday life

About your host
Skye Welbourne | Balanced Connection Therapy
Counsellor - Clinical Hypnotherapist - EMIT Practitioner - Life Coach
I created The Regathering because I wanted to create something a little different — a space for women to step out of everyday life for a couple of hours, connect with other women and explore ideas that are actually useful beyond the room.
Each workshop explores a different part of life, relationships or ourselves, with a mix of conversation, reflection and practical tools you can take away with you.
You don't need to be spiritual, into self-development or trying to become a “better” version of yourself. The Regathering is about understanding yourself, discovering what might be useful and finding ways to create more of what you want in your life.
What to expect...
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into the space. We begin each session with a gentle grounding practice, helping you leave the outside world at the door and settle into the moment. From there, we’ll explore the theme of the month together - weaving in reflection, simple guided exercises, and tools you can take home.
You’ll have time for personal reflection, as well as moments of connection with others. Some sessions may include movement or creative practices, but everything is offered as an invitation, never an obligation. There’s no pressure to share or speak - you get to decide how much or how little you want to participate.
We close each workshop with a short reflection — a chance to bring together what you've explored and think about what you might want to take with you into everyday life.
You don't need to prepare anything or be anyone other than yourself. You don't need to be spiritual or into self-development. Just come with an open mind and a little curiosity. This is a space to pause, learn, connect and regather.
