Life Coaching
You don't have to be struggling to want something to change.
You might be at a point where life is generally okay, but you know something needs to shift.
Maybe you're trying to make a decision, work out what you want next, build confidence in yourself, change a pattern or habit, or create a life that feels more aligned with what actually matters to you.
Life coaching offers a space to step back, get curious about where you are and where you want to go, and turn that understanding into practical change.
This isn't about becoming a better version of yourself or having your whole life figured out. It's about getting clearer on what matters to you, recognising what's getting in the way, and finding ways to move forward that fit you.
What we might work on.
Life coaching can support you with things like:
-
Direction and clarity
-
Values and priorities
-
Confidence and self-trust
-
Decision-making
-
Goals and taking action
-
Habits and patterns
-
Motivation and accountability
-
Personal or professional development
-
Life transitions and change
-
Creating more of what you want in your life
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Sometimes knowing that something isn't quite working anymore - or that you want something different - is enough of a place to start.
Coaching with me
My approach to coaching is collaborative, curious and practical. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life or hand you a formula for success.
We'll explore what matters to you, what may be keeping you stuck and what you want to do differently. Sometimes that means challenging assumptions, looking at patterns or beliefs, experimenting with something new, or simply getting clear enough to make a decision and act on it.
Coaching can include reflection, practical strategies, goal-setting and accountability tailored to your needs.
Coaching or Therapy?
Coaching is designed for people who are generally functioning well and are looking for support with growth, direction, goals or change rather than therapy for significant emotional or mental health concerns.
If you're wanting to work through difficult past experiences, significant emotional distress, anxiety, grief or relationship difficulties, Individual Therapy may be a better place to start.
There can naturally be some overlap between the two. Therapy can be forward-focused, and coaching can involve understanding the experiences, beliefs and patterns that have shaped you. The difference is primarily in the purpose and focus of the work.
You don't need to work out which one you need on your own. If you're unsure, we can discuss what you're looking for and whether coaching or therapy is likely to be the better fit.
Interested in Coaching?
Life Coaching is offered through personalised packages, tailored to your goals and the level of support you're looking for.
We'll discuss what you'd like to work towards, the support that may be useful and what a coaching package could look like for you, including the investment involved.
Send me an email with a brief outline of what you're hoping to work towards, and I'll be in touch.
